Saudi Arabia -- LRIC Model Guidelines for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

"This document defines the approach to be taken by the CITC and by the Dominant Service Provider in any telecommunications market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia...to determine LRIC based estimates for fixed and mobile wholesale services." (See page 4.) This document outlines the structure of the LRIC models to be built and applied in Saudi Arabia. It forms the basis of the LRIC model building process. The documents provides information on how the CITC will build Bottom-Up LRIC (BU LRIC) models for the core fixed network and the mobile network. The document also provides guidelines to dominant service providers (DSPs) on building their Top-Down LRIC (TD LRIC) model for the fixed access and core network. The document also outlines CITC's requirements and expectations for information that service providers will be required to provide.
