India -- TRAI Reply to DoT Reference dated 24th February 2009 on MVNO Recommendation

This document was issued by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in response to comments it received from the India Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on TRAI's recommendations on MVNOs. In this document, TRAI sets out its reconsidered views on the matters raised by DoT in DoT's comments on the MNVO Recommendations. The document sumamrizes the TRAI recommendations in question, DoT's comments, and TRAI's reconsidered views. This document should be read with TRAI's original recommendatios.
