New Zealand -- Standard Terms Determination for the specified service Co-location on cellular mobile transmission sites

In this Determination, the Commerce Commission of New Zealand established the regulatory framework and standard terms for co-location on cellular mobile transmission sites. The Commerce Commission adopted a combination of incentive-based terms and mandatory terms to facilitate co-location. Among other things, this documents sets out the reasons for the Commission's Determination with respect to: the service description; access seekers and access providers; general terms for co-location; service level terms; operations manual; access terms; interference management and design; and the implementation plan.
