Nigeria -- Telecommunications Networks Interconnection Regulations 2007

These Regulations were issued under the Nigerian Communications Act. The Regulations establish the regulatory framework for interconnection. The Regulations address rights and obligations for interconnection and interconnection procedures. They also address the interconnection obligations imposed on dominant telecommunications operators and principles that are applicable to all telecommunications operators. Finally, in addition to various miscellaneous provisions, the Regulations address interconnection dispute resolution.
