Nigeria -- Competition Practices Regulation, 2007

These Regulations were issued under the Nigerian Communications Act. The Regulations identify and prohibit various anti-competitive behaviour. They also prohibit the substantial lessening of competition. The Regulations address the definition of "dominant position" and prohibit the abuse of dominance. Finally, the Regulations include provisions addressing the review of mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers.
