This document sets out the common position of the European Regulators Group (ERG) on the best practices relating to the remedies imposed as a consequence of a position of Significant Market Power (SMP) in markets for wholesale leased lines. This Common Position provides some guidance on appropriate remedies, including illustrative remedies. For the purpose of this document, "wholesale leased line" means "the provision of transparent transmission capacity between 2 termination points, at least one of which must be a point of connection with the SMP's network. It does not include non-transport services such as VPNs.
