Kenya -- Implementation of a Unified Licensing Framework & New Market Strategy

In this document, the Communications Commission of Kenya (CCK) sets out its proposed principles and guidelines for implementing a unified licensing framework and its propsed market structure. The CCK also invited comments on these proposals. This consultation document follows up from a previous consultation held by the KCC regarding the adoption of a unified licensing regime. In this document, in addition to setting out the aforementioned proposals, the KCC also summarized and responded to feedback received during the previous two stages of consultations.
