Global Capacity Building Initiative for ICT Regulators (GCBI) - Call for Proposals

The regional anchor institutions will play a key role in the delivery of regulatory training by the GCBI and these will be selected through a call for proposals. The initial call for proposals will cover Africa and the Caribbean but additional regions will be covered in subsequent phases of the project (see implementation plan in the project concept note). Although the call for proposals is intended for academic institutions within the regions, other bodies with appropriate expertise are invited to bid, for instance in partnerships with local universities:
